How to allow read and write both permission to everyone by using code in C#?

right click on the file and click on properties like beloow pic.

Click on security tab on the top and then advance button on button

Again click on advance and then change permission

Click on edid and at last allow

But it was quite annoying for user for accepting the prompt raised by UAC.

If possible, you can go for the 3rd option and proceed with the current one.

first one is not working and for second option, i dont know how to set uninvoker to administrator but there is app.manifest file already available in the project

You can try either of the below option

1. If the file attribute is readonly then you can change its properties to normal (this can also done through code also like
File.SetAttributes(filePath,FileAttributes.Normal);

2. Add a manifest your program and set uiinvoker to administrator

3. Try changing the path of your db eg. C:\\ProgramData

permission to perform operation like insert delete and update, MS Access file turns into read only mode after creating setup so it prevent my code to write into database. Now my application is just reading data
