How to Compare tables in c#

I have 2 tables Machine name is 1st table

Criticality Level is 2nd Table

I need to Show the value.. if criticality of the machine is 5 minimum skill level is 4 so I need to compare with 1st table and show only who will be having Criticality level 5 or Minimum Skill level 4 that less than that skill level for 1 machine it should not show

Hi Ashwini,
var results = from x in dt2.AsEnumerable()
where x.Field("Criticality") == 5
select myRow;
Now "results" contain only whose "criticality" is "5".
