How to compare finger print in c# windowsform

Good day everyone please i am working on a bed check c# windows form application.the user will register with there email, fullname,room number, hostel and finger print. but how can i make the finger print unique because the user can register multiple times. and i want it to detect that the user as registered with the finger print before.
