how to bind the label to gridview

hi
actually i want to bind the label(mobile) to gridview when mobile field is empty like null then that label don't bind it.
<%# ProcessMyDataItem(Eval("Mobile")) %>
here i didn't take text="call" it's working
if i use text="call" then mobile is null that text is also visible false how?

public string ProcessMyDataItem(object myValue)

{

if (myValue == null)

{

return "0 value";

}

return myValue.ToString();

}
by using this text="call" is display
