how to avoid duplicate records based on time?

Dear all,

iam binding a list for each second .

while adding a record to the list i want to check the current record already added in the last 30 second .if it is added in the lost 30 seconds then i don't want to add this record to the list.

if not added in the last 30 seconds add this record to the list

Hello prasad,
You can do something like this
ListlstDemo=new List();
DateTime now = DateTime.Now.AddSeconds(-30);
if (lstDemo.Count() == 0)
{
lstDemo.Add(now);
}
if (!lstDemo.Contains(now))
{
lstDemo.Add(DateTime.Now);
}
Please check like this

I think you have to use any keyvaluepair for the same.In key u can store the record value and in value you can store the time (Seconds rather).
By using list i dont thin its possible.
