How can I update row?

I can add, delete row by dataAdapter but I couldnt update row? How can I update row?

Never build your command as a string. This leaves you open to SQL injection. You should use a paramterised command and, where possible, call a stored proc. Regards KevinT

Here's an example of one of my UpdateStatements updateCmd.CommandText = "UPDATE Players SET Players.name = '" + row["name"].ToString() + "', Players.[password] = '" + row["password"].ToString() + "', Players.[email] = '" + row["email"].ToString() + "', Players.[ip] = '" + row["ip"].ToString() + "', Players.[level] = " + row["level"].ToString() + ", Players.[experience] = " + row["experience"].ToString() + ", Players.[money] = " + row["money"].ToString() + ", Players.[shutup] = " + row["shutup"].ToString() + ", Players.[banned] = " + row["banned"].ToString() +" WHERE name = '" + row["name"].ToString() + "'"; A lot there and i didn't feel like trimming it, but hopefully that helps... if not my AIM is "The Duff Factor" and me and like 2 other people who are really good with databases can help u.

You can use the UpdateCommand to Update the Row like InsertCommand for Insert and DeleteCommand for Delete and SelectCommand for fetch.. After put the UpdateCommand to Your DataAdapter call the Update() method. Here the Update() is equal to Commit to Database ( it is not mean tha it is only update/modify the Row.) The Update() funcion automatically call the each Command with your DataSet's Inserted/Updated/Deleted Rows/value to DB
