I have multiple web.config files in one Web Application as per sub directory.

How can I read Value from particular/specific web.config file?

web config page put appsetting add key

Now get cs page like this code string value get from 100 like below code for reference.
string value = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["webapibaseurl"];
