How can i access start menu with speech recognition?

my questions is that, i am creating an application about speech recognition in that application i want to perform an action with voice, if user say "start calculator" then windows calculator should be open and if the user say "start Notepad" then the Notepad should be open  such like this ,,,

so how can i create this if its any demo application about it  send me
