application should contain oncampus and external student details, staff and administrator details, program information like Bachelors of IT, course information, and tutorial group information in vb.net wthout database connectivity.

it should have the functions like view, add, modify, delete any entries in the system with out damaging the integrity of the system info.

should be done using OO concepts and design methodologies and GUI.

this info is sufficient or need more.
