help copying a file to another directory

ok what im trying to do is copy folder and a lot of sub folders to one directory basically here is a example im mapping for world at war zombies and ported across a lot of black ops 1 and 2 guns to world at war and i want to make a program that will add the folders folders and files into the right areas in waw

basically when those cheakboxes are checked it will move the right folders and files to the right locations in the waw main directory hope this makes sence
