Sachin is right. Majorly it's all about the keyword and title that matters the most. If you have used a title with high search volume keywords, your article will rank faster.

 

Sometimes, to get an article rank on google, it takes 6 months also.

Team C# Corner. 

In my experience google index, any URL/page that comes to c#corner very quickly because c#Corner has very high DA.

I don't think the c#Corner team explicitly uses the sitemap or publishes each URL using the Google search console.

 

So, it is google that is delaying not the C#Corner, sometimes google takes 1 week to crawl a website but this is not applicable to a high domain authority website like Wikipedia, StackOverflow, and C#Corner.

 

 Maybe it's a Keyword issue if the Keywords you are using while searching is of very high demand then your article may be ranking after 10 pages on Google, so you are not seeing it.

Meta tags, Keywords, and titles can be fixed by the editorial team.
