You have to install same SQL server version in client machine which you have in your local machine.

Sir this is totally offline project. can we create or host application or .udl file offline?

You need to change this path.

What you can do create .udl file  in client where you are hosting application double click on it then provide server details select database then test connection. once scucced then you can check inside file your connection string you can verify there and compare above code in both.

Its config error where ever you have used your connectionstring to connect your database you need to change your App.config or if you are using web.config file then there.

 

Check connection string in App.config file
