Get Lookup Value using REST

Hi,

Facing problem to get Lookup Column value using Rest Api.

My Steps are:

1. Created a list B ,In Title column there are some data.

2.Created a Site Column Name B ,Get value form list B Title Field.

3. Use Site column B in list A as a LookupColumn.

How to get value using Rest Api from list A (column B).

Please Write?

spListItem.get_item('{Column Name}').get_lookupValue();

it's working fine for getting lockup field using rest api. Thanks Shriram

Hi Viipin,

You can try something like this in JQuery

getListItems(_spPageContextInfo.webAbsoluteUrl,'?$select=B/Title,B/Id&$expand=B','A',
function(items){
if(items.length > 0)
console.log(items[0].B.Title);
console.log(items[0].B.Id);
},
function(error){
console.log(error.responseText);
});
