i have this XML Document example , how can i use (Get Elements by Attribute) method ? to access the personal information about the client ?

Example:

    Num="1">Amer
    Num="1">Belly
    Num="1">Journalism and Media
    Num="1">Three year as Journalist
    better friend
    [email protected]
