Get Data from Web api.

There are following ways i suggest you can try. 1- Try to call web api method from postman or fiddler with same request and check whether you are getting response or not 2- Try to add alerts in your ajax call and check whether you are getting success or error in response 3- As already suggested in comment, you can add try catch block to see if there is any exception or not 4- Try to log web api method to see at what line it ie causing issue or whether t is getting a hit or not
