Generating word document dynamically with header, footer

Raja here is an article about how you can create a new Word document in C#.
Also here is a small demonstration sample how you can add header and footer:

section.HeadersFooters.Add(
    new HeaderFooter(document, HeaderFooterType.HeaderDefault,

document.Sections.Add(section);
document.Save("Sample.docx");

The code uses this C# DLL for Word document's processing.
