generate the excel reports using .net

hi,
am able to generate the excel reports using .net,but unable to generate the reports in my server .my server using ms office 2010.
when i changed the settings of DCOM config . Select Identity tab >The interactive user >OK
then its generating report only when logged in server.

plz suggest the way to generate the report.

not advisable to add web.config file.
