Function not evaluating

Hi,

I am assigning a value from function to a model.But the value is not getting printed in the page, rather it prints the entire function.

I am not getting any error too. Please let me know what is the mistake.

Actually, there was a syntax error, missing () when calling the function. It should be
my name is {{MyName()}}
...
...
$scope.MyName = function(){
   return "Panda !!!!";
};
Output: my name is Panda !!!!

Hi Rock,
Please try below code, write a separate function and call it in your variable it will work as expected.
$scope.MyName= myFunc()

function myFunc(){
"Hello World!";
}
