One way or other . u can show the two form straight away . Form2 f2=new Form2(); Form3 f3=new Form3(); f2.Show(); f3.Show(); No need to write one on top of other .And if u want modal form in that case u can use the solution dejvi79. BTW there is still nothing wrong with that. Just another way of doing this .

double click on first form and type FirstForm_Load() { SecondForm second = new SecondForm(); second.Show; }

if your using VS.NET set one of your forms as the startup and in the Load event of this form, launch the other one
