recently I am working as a Network Engineer.I have more than 2 year experience. but I don't have interest in network field I want to do job in software filed , i join a class for .net.is that I have done a right thing?please tell me what should I do to do job in software.

If you have chosen software as per your interest then It's right pas per me. For career in software, you need to be strong/master in at least one development areas either Web, Windows or Mobile apps development.

Before taking any decision think once or twice.If you want to take software field first consult your friend whether it will be suitable for you and to your caliber becoz once you choose any field you should not leave or turn back hence it wont help you to build you a right career.Dont worry all will come to you at a right moment.Good Luck..

Hi Sachin,

Certifications means, ASP.Net certification exams from Microsoft. Class will give you there certificate. Based on your class course and your study please try for Microsoft certification for asp.net development. Please have a look at https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-in/exam-70-486.aspx. There is recommended book for this exam and then you can try hands on also for the practical experience.

which type of certification?I joined a DUCAT for 6 month development course.they will also provide me a certificate for that course.is it beneficial for me?

Hi,

As Sivaraman mentioned, its the correct thing you did. Only thing I'll add it Certification. Try for .Net certification.

You did right thing & nothing to worry. Don't leave your present job, do well in the class & lab. I would also recommend, get a .net book and start reading it with a lab workout.
