hey,

declare @Char varchar(max) = 'Amit,alok,sunit,intelegin'
select substring(@Char, CHARINDEX(',', @Char, CHARINDEX(',', @Char, CHARINDEX(',', @Char)+1)+1)+1, len(@Char))
