Filling DropDown And Uploading Files in MVC

Hi All,

I am doing project in MVC for Importing Data from Excel file.

My Task:

1) Fill Drodpdown

2) Upload Excel.

Both Codes are working individually correctly

But when i integrate and run, at that time while uploading it gives error.

Hi Pravin,

Please check if you are passing the correct data to model. Check if method parameters are in sync .

Thanx Manas for your reply.

When i am uploading the file, it gives me Model as Null.

Please check the screenshot. Kindly suggest the solution

Exception you are encountering due to: Model is null means it is not set from your action, please check.

Next for uploading: If you want to send dropdown value to action on click of upload button then put the control inside beginform.
