File got locked during publish

Hello all,

I'm trying to publish my project (cognitive services speech) but web deploy is complaining about locked file. How can I troubleshoot , what is wrong?

hi,
First thing you can try is - restart your application. If still things doesn't work, you can try below options:
- Take your app offline before performing deployment and make sure to add below offline rule in your .pubxml and at last, update your app settings file with MSDEPLOY_RENAME_LOCKED_FILES=1
