Feeding data to graph

I want to configure microsoft chart control to feed real time data into it. I will appreciate some good suggestions on it.

Actually, I was going through this link looks pretty good to me. As I already told that I am novice to graphs here. But still was trying to gain some knowledge with QuickGraph.

Which graphing tool are you using? Typically every API supports functions that can be used to pass the data as parameters to:

Constructors that creates the objects
Functions that render the graphics

This way you will be able to allow the API to render the graphics, through the proper usage of these interfaces. Anyways, the thing is, it all depends on the API that you are using at the moment. Name?
