Extract Value in Crystal Formula

I have date value like this 07/08/2024.I want to get values before second "/" i.e 0708 in Crystal report formula.

. If date is 7/08/24 then 0708

Try this:

Right("00" + ToText(DateVar, "ddMM"), 4)

or you can use below code:

Right("00" + ToText(Day(DateVar)), 2) + Right("00" + ToText(Month(DateVar)), 2)
