Hi Aniket,

Looks like your requirements is very simple but large data (not complex), you can just use CSV. It's an XML schema that you can use to create a text document that Excel can open natively. It supports formulas, multiple worksheets per workbook, formatting, etc.

if you want to use 3rd party tool go with SpreadSheetGear I have used in the past itsrelaly good handling large table data
