Although you may need money urgently, it is crucial to avoid undervaluing yourself and your skills. It is always a good idea to research market trends and salary ranges for your position in your region to gain insight into what you should expect. You can use online tools such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and Payscale to gather information on the average salaries for your role.
When negotiating your salary, you should also consider your past accomplishments and achievements, the value you bring to the company, and the potential for future growth and contributions. Be prepared to discuss your achievements and highlight your contributions to previous projects during the interview process.

Hi Praveen Acha,
Your question related to big hike, somewhere relates to sentiment of many software engineering. There is no limit of big hike even in case of less experience. What technical stack you mentioned are quite rich set. Additionally you can add some cloud related skills. With 3 years of experience ,first you can put efforts to make yourself technically sound in your skill set and then try to look for opportunities with some top 100 companies and even with few good product based companies.
Even these days start-ups are paying handsome salary with these skill sets, so you can try in those companies as well.
All the best!!
