exec Store Procedure in condition

Hi I have returned one storeprocesered that give me the number of recored with multiple coloum. now i want to check thew records for null if it is null then it will neglect else it show can any one help me for same

Select firstname,lastname from [your_tablename] where firstname IS NOT NULL

yeah but i dont want to edit the store procedure.
i want to edit in when we write
exec Storeprocname (parameters).
is there any way to check ...
like we write isnull in start or check for value 0 in exec statement

In that case you can check in where condition for example

Select firstname,lastname from your tablename
where firstname IS NOT NULL

Do you mean you dont want to show null row for certain Column.for example you have FirstName and Lastname as columns and if there is any null in firstname then dont need to show that row ?
