Hi. What I finally did, was get a collegue to write a small vbscript that is tied to an event sink, and calls my c# program. Later he is going to write a script that writes the "to, from, subject, body" etc. of incoming emails to a file, and dumps the files to a folder that my c# prog will scan. There is a way to sink c# with exchange ( http://bulaohu.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=409 ), but I can't develop on our exchange box - and the script way is working perfect.

What version of exchange are you refering to? if 5.5 or 2003, then you can tie into the antivirus API's that microsoft has made available. From my understanding, for whatever reason they are not available in exchange 2000. I am not an expert in programming to exchange, so I could be wrong on the exchange 2000 part. By the AV API's are supposed to allow you to be called when a message is received.
