I am getting an error as "The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine." while connecting to MS-EXCEL in from a.s.p.net
Please clarify....

you need to add fallowing reference to your project
Microsoft.Office.core
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel
