I am getting the following error -

ServerVersion = 'DirectCast(objDatabase.cn, System.Data.OracleClient.OracleConnection).ServerVersion'

threw an exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException'

I am using Windows 10 ; 64bit.

Which Oracle Client should I install ?

What is the driver you used like using Oracle.DataAccess.Client; or

Odbc

or
