Entering multiple information in view before posting

The below link which I had shared that is also doing the same functionality. Inplace of add button you change it to + and inplace of save all you change it to submit button. As per your requirement everything is same in that article just you need to modify few of the things. Thanks.

Let me try to be a bit more explicit on this.

I want a create view, a typical create view, but instead of the submit button I will have a + button that would add the information into a dataset or list and clear the field giving the opportunity to add more and then I will have a save button that will pass all the information in the dataset or list to the controller for posting to database.
