I want to call the session variable while the system makes a shutdown or log off in windows form.

IN WINDOWS FORM, YOU CAN GENERATE A FORM_CLOSING EVENT AND THERE YOU CAN DETECT THE CLOSING REASON (SHUTDOWN OR USER CLOSE ETC..

Sorry @SachinSingh, I have not explained it properly.
I call that static variable while the application gets normally close. Instead of that, I want to call that static variable while the system gets shut down or log off without the knowledge of the application closed.

I couldn't understand your question, where do you need session in windows forms?
windows forms have no concept of session instead we use static variables.
public static class LoginDetails
{
    public static string UserID;
}

MessageBox.Show(LoginDetails.UserID);
