Encryption and Decryption

Dear All,

I have encrypt password in C# using this way:-

and I need the code for Decryption for above encryption in JAVA Tech,searched a lot from many link but unable to get the exact as my clearText, Please help me and provide a accurate way,,

I have done already in my application ,its working fine .

Encryption
Sometimes we want to encrypt the values that time we use MD5 Encryption and Decryption

Actually the application already created in asp.net c# , When user is created it uses above code for encryption for his pwd ,, after that we create a app in java,, At java side they send as encrypt password as we provide them from DB in service call and then we decrypt that in c# service ,,
now we don't want to use service and write a Decrypt code in JAVA that get the pwd as plain at java side. we have encrypt code of pwd using above method so question is how to decrypt this in java to get the same plain text pwd.
Is there any way?

Any idea why you want to encrypt in C# and decrypt in Java? Can you not use a library of one language and use it in another?
If data is ultimately going in db, you can do encryption / decryption there as well which will be language and technology agnostic.
