Dropdown list values go behind another dropdown on the page

Hi ,

 

I have 3 dropdowns on the same page, and when I try to open  one of them, values are going behind the other control. This is on IE 5. I need to fix this ASAP. Please let me know if you have answer for this. Thanks in advance.
