drop down list not working inside list view?

Hi.

i think while you click on add button you are getting null values in Nationality and Province. So while clicking on add button first find those two controls and check what is its value. if null value then don't insert in db. One more thing while clicking on add may be the dropdown load with default values and directly you are saving to db. So make sure to check these things and if null then don't insert and show validation.
