Hi all,

Do we have any third party library's to scan the DL in Universal Windows Platform application, If yes could anyone suggest me those library's using c#

You can use the LEADTOOLS Forms SDK in your application
https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/products/forms
You can utilize the AAMVAID class to extract data from a PDF417 barcode that follows the AAMVA specification.
Here is some sample code:

I think this will not workout because I need like built-in kind of library because I no need to install it separatly it has to install along with uwp app itself

Probably, there are several option such as http://www.atalasoft.com/ocr-tools haven't used personally

Thank you for your response, I need to read the data from Driving license using webcam and need to fetch data

What do you mean by scanning? what do you want to achieve? reading information from it or do you need to validate it?
