Dotnet
Sir, I am MCA and done training in Dotnet from a reputed institute and i recently Join a mid level company where my designation is Junior Software Developer but my work is gone to clint side where our ERP Application is already installed (design on dotnet) and i solve out the problrm of the clint and give training in our application. Our Senior says after sometime when u completly understand the application the we will teach u Crystal Reports, then Database(SQL Server) then Production (Frontend) and after that give Projects. Is this correct job as starting my career in Software Industry?

Congrats for the job. You are on the right track but I just want to point out something:

Why are you depending on your seniors to learn something. You can learn it by yourself over the internet. C-Sharp Corner has tons of articles regarding Crystal Reports, SQL Server etc. You can start learning yourself and by the time you completely understand the ERP, you can straightaway go to your seniors for a new project. Congrats on getting hired. I hope you get to learn more from your job.
I think this is a good start. Understanding of basics is very important. Try to learn more general stuff then just concentrating on processes that are specific to your current employer. Keep a broader vision about technology that you want to make your career in.
If you wanna climb the ladder as fast as possible then start taking responsibilities and prove yourself that you can do stuff.
No start is a bad start.
