There are several types of software that can be developed for various areas, from food, programming, stores and sales, e-commerce, publishing, etc. But does it exist for health? Since I have hardly ever seen or read anything related to health software, does anyone know anything about this?

I think there are such programs, you just need to search everything on the Internet and there you will be given more information. I think there are organizations that can really help you. It would be good if in this program the former health assessment is necessary to diagnose both the physical and mental state of a person, i.e. conduct a comprehensive assessment.

I'm sure there are such projects, and they have been implemented for quite some time. I don't think it would be a problem to familiarize yourself with them. Maybe some of this software will be for closed use in hospitals, but I think most of it is still open source on the same GitHab
