you can install from nuget packages, for richtextbox use MenuLab.RichTextBox

Copy the dll file in web application project bin folder.

Open your web application and right click on application -> Choose add refrence -> go to bin folder -> choose your dll file

Now you can use this dll in your MVC web application.

My question is that How can i use dll in mvc. (as like richtextbox dll). and how can i use on view.

You can either use nuget package manager to install or add reference of dll by right clicking on "Dependencies".
