Disable Keys

Hello! If anyone can tell me how to disable keys like Ctrl+Alt+Del, Alt+Tab, and even the windows key for Windows XP?

Hello! Kovan, I found that the SystemParametersInfo api is suitable for Win9x only. But my target is for Win2K/WinXP later.
