Aggregation:
Aggregation describes a special type of an association which specifies a whole and part relationship.

It in flexibile in nature.

Special kind of association where there is whole-part relation between two objects.

It is represented by a “has a”+ “whole-part” relationship.

Diamond shape structure is used next to the assembly class.

Assosiation:

Association is a relationship between two classes where one class use another.

It is inflexible in nature.

It means there is almost always a link between objects.

It is represented by a “has a” relationship.

Line segment is used between the components or the class.

Association. - (has a) relationship – Entities Which can exist without each other

e.g. Company class has Employee, compnay has employee, employee can not exist with out company. assococation is defined b/w company and employee.

Aggregation: the whole object can exist without the aggregated object.(single owner of child object and child object still can exist independently).

e.g. child has one set of parent, child can not exist with parent(owner), its define aggregation.
