Client-Side Rendering refers to data being transformed using client-side techniques, such as HTML and JavaScript.

JSLink is subset of Client Side Rendering.
SharePoint List - NewItem, EditItem, DisplayItem pages have JSLink property which simply adds a JavaScript file to the page, which helps to modify the rendering of field.

CSR and JSLink describe the same thing, or in other word, both represent the same thing. CSR describes the code part while JSLink describe the way to embed the CSR on the list view webpart.

Whatever code you write to customize the look and feel of default list view is called as Client Side Rendering mechanism and the place where you embed this code is through the option JSLink in web part properties.

In short and simple, JSLINK is method to embed our client side rendering.

Client-side rendering is new concept in SP 2013 to customize the look and feel of SharePoint Out of the box VIEW/ADD/EDIT FORM.
