Your control style will vary slightly based on the browser, the Asp radio button will be slightly bigger in IE/Edge compare to other browser it is usual , better you can do some CSS styling to the radio button to get a ideal look in all browser

Seems that there may be CSS styles applied to that radio buttons (either directly or using JQuery). In order to check that try to use F12 Toolbar (If your using IE) and take a look at that particular control.
