date conversion issue

i am retreiveing records from db on th basis of date ................in DB records avaliable

but it's not fetching ...........in MVC 4

Hi Riya, can you make sure to send the date from MVC application to DB in MM/DD/YYYY format? I guess your application hosted server having different date format.

p.saledate.Date >= fromdate.Date && p.saledate.Date <= Todate.Date

after removing date contion records found ..........but whenever i use date condition records not coming.........

Okay First You check with Remove this line from linq query

&& (p.saledate >= fromdate && p.saledate <= Todate)

if you still not found any records then it means there's a no date issue it will be something else

Datatypeof SaleDate is in Datetime and fromdate and todate also in datetime format......
