date as filename

i'm trying to use date as filename.my date format is dd/mm/yyyy.so how can i remove the "/" so that system can accept the date as filename.ex:210604.txt

Use Format function, Dim FileName as String = Format(Today, "ddMMyy") & ".txt" -Baan

use the String.Replace() function, to replace "/" with "" That should work.
