Dataset in asp.net mvc

Dear sir, I have 4 tables how can create it for asp.net mvc crystal report. When I browse for these I can read from website don't use dataset in mvc. Is this right ? And use multiple table in crystal report in mvc. Thanks

who said that you can't use dataset in mvc, dataset is related to ado.net and not MVC you can use Ado.Net in .net core as well so feel free to use Ado.Net DataSet there is nothing wrong in it.
you can choose any data access technology Ado.Net/EF/Dapper , its all upto you.
