Hi Sanjay,
You have to write join query if you want both table column result into one table. If you want to execute result of 2 queries separately then ,
Use datareader as

Data Adapter will give you 2 tables for 2 queries.

con.Open();
SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand("select UserName,LastName,Location from UserInformation", con);
SqlDataAdapter da = new SqlDataAdapter(cmd);
DataSet ds = new DataSet();
da.Fill(ds);
