am talking about the Mdi parent form

Where you have to bind your datagridview on that place u have to use it without any method method only use for loop.

Try using for loop.

SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand("select FloorTileID,FloorCatName,FloorTileName,FloorTexture1,FloorTexture2,FloorTexture3,FloorTexture4,FloorTexture5,FloorTexture6,FloorTilePath from FloorTile", obj.GetConnection());
SqlDataReader sdr = cmd.ExecuteReader();
while (sdr.Read())
{
dgvDisplayTiles.Rows.Add();
dgvDisplayTiles.Rows[i].Cells[0].Value = sdr[0].ToString();
dgvDisplayTiles.Rows[i].Cells[1].Value = sdr[1].ToString();
dgvDisplayTiles.Rows[i].Cells[2].Value = sdr[2].ToString();
Bitmap img = new Bitmap(Application.StartupPath + sdr[3].ToString());
dgvDisplayTiles.Rows[i].Cells[3].Value = img;
}
sdr.Close();

only image path is stored in database,so image should retrive from this path
