iam doing it in win forms

frist in your grid

here is your combo box give it id

i have button..

Text="Release" Visible="false" CssClass="btn btn-success btn-sm" />

after that go in code page

go to RowDataBound event

put code;;

if (e.Row.RowType == DataControlRowType.DataRow)

{

Button btn = (Button)e.Row.FindControl("btndelete");

btn.Visible = true;

// here i disable button You can do with combobox.

}
